AiM Information AiM is a product used by Facilities to maintain building, property, maintenance and mechanical asset data. For campus users the most significant function is customer requests - work that you need done by Physical Plant Become an AiM Expert

Customer Service Requests

Customer requests are submitted through AiM and used by campus staff members to identify systems or assets around campus in need of repair.
