Hawk Fit

Hawk Fit is a dynamic training program designed for participants of all levels to achieve peak physical performance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our expertly crafted sessions will guide you to improve cardiovascular ability, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Session 1 Section 1 will be offered January 26 through March 13 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:00pm |
