Develops and maintains space management floor plans for AiM and UBusiness. Acquires and integrates metadata and layers related to all campus wide systems into Project Management's GIS system. Conducts field inspections of projects. Maintains the facilities data and drawing archive system. Provides direction and assistance with projects involving AutoCAD.
Provides design, cost estimation and construction management services. Typical projects include minor construction and renovation projects; improvements to infrastructure systems; major landscape projects, upgrades to information technology systems, repairs and upgrades to roadways and parking lots, customer special requests and special studies.
