Message From The M.A. Program Coordinator
Dear Prospective Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in Ä¢¹½´«Ã½'s Sociology and Criminology Master's Program.
Our program is designed for students who combine a passion for public service with the desire to develop the skills necessary to address contemporary social problems and issues. The program requires the completion of 34 credit hours ofgraduate level course work, which can be completed infour semestersof full-time study orsix semestersof part-time study. Graduates of our program have moved on to careers as evaluators, researchers, planners, managers, advisors, program directors, and policymakers as well as Ph.D. programs in Sociology & Criminology.
While getting your M.A. in Sociology and Criminology, you can also earn a post-baccalaureate certificate in a variety of fields includingwomen’s and gender studies and evaluation.
