ABOUT
The brass faculty of the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Department of Music invites you to join us on Saturday, November 22, for Brass Day! High school, home-school, and community brass players will work with our faculty in large and small ensembles, and in master classes, culminating in a final concert. Registration is free.
Honors Brass Quintet
The brass faculty of the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Department of Music is proud to introduce the inaugural Honors Brass Quintet. High School students will have the opportunity to rehearse in a chamber setting and be coached by UNCW faculty members, culminating in a performance during the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Brass Day Final Concert. This group is assigned by audition. Audition tapes must be submitted on the Brass Day , and the audition excerpts can be found . The deadline to submit audition tapes for consideration is November 8th at 11:59 P.M. Audition and participation in the Honors Brass Quintet is not required for general participation in other Brass Day events.
